Lisboa is a documentary video project filmed with a super8 camera.

Can we give a date to this video?
By choosing to film only what cannot be dated (people, buildings, flora) the video gives the impression that time has not advanced since the 60s in Lisbon. Perhaps this is what makes a city so charming, not being able to give it an age.
